"Our vision is simple," the team behind Guest Box told the Turks & Caicos Sun in late September. "We want every property in Turks & Caicos to compete confidently on a global stage."
Guest Box opened at #2 Azure Plaza on Long Bay Highway. The Sun reported the opening on September 28, 2026. It sells Frette linens, Molton Brown and L'Occitane amenities, bathrobes, duvets and housekeeping supplies to villas, boutique hotels and short-term rental operators. As a single opening, that is a niche retail story. Next to its neighbors it tells you more. Azure Plaza has become the part of Long Bay where two kinds of errands share a parking lot: the ones that keep a house running and the ones that keep a rental villa ready for its next guest.
A plaza that opened full
Azure Plaza announced on November 1, 2025 that it was open for business and that its commercial spaces were fully rented. The developer described the project as "a hub for everyday convenience, diverse shopping, and essential services," with ample parking and easy access from major routes. Tiny's Restaurant and Café gives its address as Unit #3, Azure Plaza, Long Bay Hwy, Long Bay Hills, which is the most precise location on record.
The plaza's own directory sorts its tenants into dining, shopping, services and wellness. Sort them by who they actually serve and you get a different picture.
| Tenant | What it is | Who it serves | Listed hours |
|---|---|---|---|
| Froggies Seafood and Meats | Seafood market | Household kitchen | Mon–Sat 8 a.m.–6 p.m., Sunday by appointment |

| Cox | Mini market | Household pantry | Not yet published |
| More 4 Less | Liquor store | Household and entertaining | Closed Sunday, weekday hours not yet published |

The hours come from the plaza's directory pages, published in November 2025, and from a third-party listing for Tiny's. Several tenants were still marked "Coming Soon" at the time. Check before you drive over.
The back-of-house half
Most of the bottom of that table has nothing to do with dinner. Prestige Storage supplies windows and doors. TCI Blue & Arya Visual Imaging handles property management, vacation rentals and listing photography. Guest Box covers the layer guests touch: bed linens, towels, robes, mattress protection, spa-quality bathroom products and eco-friendly hospitality items. Its brand list runs from Guest Supply and Hospisafe to Kimirica, La Bottega, Italtrim and Frette.
The Sun says the store was set up to address how hard it is to source high-quality hospitality supplies locally. The goal is to cut how much operators rely on several overseas suppliers and long shipping arrangements. Guest Box names its customers as hotels and villa operators, property managers, strata and condominium management companies, developers furnishing new properties, interior designers and procurement teams.
It also does custom work. Villas can brand their bathrobes, hangers and stationery, put together bespoke welcome boxes, customize in-room amenities and develop a signature scent package. If you rent out a Long Bay home between your own stays, the store's phone number is 649-246-6666 and the email is [email protected].
Island Home Decor sits where the two halves meet. It sells interior decorations, open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The same cushion can go in an owner's own living room or a guest bedroom.
The household half
At the other end of the lot is a household errand list. Froggies Seafood and Meats is listed as a seafood market, open Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Sunday by appointment. Triple A Variety Store carries dry goods and drinks. Cox is listed as a mini market, and More 4 Less is the liquor store.
For dinner, Tiny's Restaurant and Café appears on a third-party listing with daily hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The listed dishes are Caribbean takeout staples: jerk and barbecue chicken, oxtail, stews, fresh fish, curry chicken, ribs, and ackee and saltfish served with rice and sides. That listing is undated, so call ahead. The directory also lists CG as a restaurant and bar.
Where the evidence is current
Some of the roster is better documented than the rest. Three tenants have clear signs of activity in 2026.
Wave Active Club runs an instructor-led cycling studio. Its posted August 2026 schedule looked like this:
- Soca Spin on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30 p.m.
- Stop, Drop & Spin on Tuesday and Thursday at 6 a.m.
- Throwback Thursdays at 6 p.m.
- Slow Jam Saturdays at 1 p.m.
- Praise & Pedal on Sunday at 5 p.m.
A single ride costs US$25. Four rides a month cost US$80, eight cost US$160, and the 12-class monthly package costs US$240. Every package works out to US$20 a ride, so buying more classes doesn't lower the per-ride price. It only commits you to more rides. Bundles also expire after 30 days. If you ride once a week, the four-ride pack saves US$20 a month over paying per class. If you ride twice a week, the eight-ride pack saves US$40. The studio also offers Dancehall Spin at US$25, group step aerobics at US$15, private step sessions at US$35 and private cycling at US$50. The schedule above is the one posted for August. October's may differ.
Spa Seclude lists Azure Plaza as its address and daily hours of 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Customer reviews are dated April and May 2026. The treatment menu covers Swedish, Thai-style and deep-tissue massage, hot-stone and candle massage, prenatal massage, facials, manicures, pedicures and waxing.
Guest Box is the newest of the three, with its opening reported on September 28, 2026. It is also the first tenant to show up in island news that wasn't on the plaza's November 2025 directory. Its arrival shows the plaza's mix is still changing.
The gym on the directory, TCI Body Mechanics, is listed with hours still marked "Coming Soon." The same goes for CG, Cox and the weekday hours at More 4 Less. Nothing found suggests any of them has closed. Nothing dated 2026 confirms their schedules either, and a phone call settles it faster than the website.
What arrives nearby before the year ends
The Long Bay shoreline is adding more guest-ready rooms. At South Bank, Arc is the resort's newest neighborhood, with 17 Sky Villas that have access to South Bank's dining, wellness and waterfront amenities. Small Luxury Hotels of the World lists Arc as open for reservations and gives a scheduled completion date of December 15, 2026. Guests may see final finishing work until then while other resort services continue as normal. That date is a schedule, not a confirmed finish.
The island's fall calendar also fills up. The Caribbean Food & Wine Festival runs November 3 through 8, 2026, with tickets sold separately for each event. If you are hosting during festival week, or turning a rental around for festival guests, both shopping lists are now covered on Long Bay Highway. The bread, the fish and the rum are at one end of the plaza. The Frette sheets and the welcome boxes are at the other.
If you own in Long Bay and are deciding whether your home should earn rental income between your own stays, the support behind that decision now sits a short drive away. Sean O'Neill works through that question with owners, including how a villa is presented, managed and positioned for the guests the island is adding this season. Sean O'Neill at The Agency Turks & Caicos can walk you through it. Schedule a consultation.
