Designed by RAD Architecture and Modus Operandi, the property emphasizes indoor-outdoor living and a contemporary Caribbean aesthetic. Amenities will include multiple dining venues, a rooftop bar, spa, fitness center, yoga garden, tennis and pickleball courts, kids' club, and wellness spaces. Sustainability is central, with reef-safe initiatives and contributions to the Turks and Caicos Reef Fund.
