Spanning 5.5 acres, the boutique resort will feature a 59-key hotel and 74 branded residences, including studios, penthouses, and the exclusive Reef Collection with panoramic ocean views. Designed by RAD Architecture and Modus Operandi, the property emphasizes indoor-outdoor living and a contemporary Caribbean aesthetic. Amenities will include multiple dining venues, a rooftop bar, spa, fitness center, yoga garden, tennis and pickleball courts, kids' club, and wellness spaces. Sustainability is central, with reef-safe initiatives and contributions to the Turks and Caicos Reef Fund.
