The clocks have changed, and it is time to look forward to our 2025/2026 tourist season kicking off. After a low season that was reflective of 2017 and 2018, in terms of activity, tourists, and in turn enquiries, have started to pick up. Now we enter into that Phony War, anticipating how the market will react as tourist numbers increase, while waiting for the arrivals to land.
It is evident since Canadian Thanksgiving that interest levels have started to increase, which is a good sign looking forward. As we have been discussing with all of our Clients, now is the time to focus on activity and be responsive to the market. After a September and October that seemed to drag on the "season" will come and go faster than we expect. It is important to understand your goals for selling your property and be willing and able to adjust accordingly.
But as the nights start to creep in and the cold winds blow across Toronto, New York and the rest of North America, the Turks and Caicos will come calling, and we are ready to welcome you with open arms!
