What has gotten us to this point is not what will get us to the next stage.
I am extremely grateful that I write annual market reports in January and not in mid November. As I sit under the clear blue skies of Grace Bay the Islands are filled with tourists, bringing a rejuvenating energy that was absent in the autumn of 2025. As we will see later this is a return to the norm, but it is uplifting to see that the belief that we had in those quieter months has paid off.
As we look back on the real estate market in 2025 it is clearly defined by three things, precision, purpose and perspective.

2025 was a year for reflection and consideration, planning and execution. What has gotten us to this point is not what will get us to the next stage. At The Agency we are extremely proud of what we achieved, from Community Art Walks to historic groundbreakings to international conferences, we have strived to put the Turks & Caicos to the forefront of the real estate market across the Caribbean, and we have had a lot of fun doing it.
 
Historic Moments
We saw two historic groundbreakings in 2026, first at Navah Turks & Caicos, the first luxury kosher resort in the Caribbean, and then at The Retreat, the first development in Grace Bay to be designed, developed and marketed by a team consisting solely of Turks & Caicos Islanders. Both of these are important landmarks in our history at The Agency, but in the evolution of the Turks & Caicos Islands The Retreat will stand out.

This incredible effort in collaboration by The Agency continues to show our commitment to be proactive and take our development opportunities beyond our shores. We are excited for 2026.
