Ian Hurdle and I talked with V.L. Hendrickson of Mansion Global about the new contemporary Turks and Caicos Villa we just launched last month.
The new 9,423-square-foot beachfront residence is one of four new homes at 2Shores, a development in the high-end Leeward community on the island of Providenciales, or Provo. The villas have access to both Leeward Beach and the canal. They are among the highest-priced properties with canal access on the island.
Villa 1, with five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, offers “an easy pace of everyday life, plus the priceless peace of mind afforded by the lock-and-leave lifestyle,” according to the listing.
