I will admit that I will always have a bias when it comes to Leeward. The community that I grew up in was the leading area of Providenciales for luxury development as the Island grew. The combination of beachfront properties and canal front living was a beacon for both primary and second home buyers. That has not changed, as access to the water remains one of the greatest draws of the Turks & Caicos, but these classic Caribbean homes have now been complimented by rental friendly condominiums and modern Villas.
Additional community amenities like The International School of the Turks & Caicos Islands, Blue Haven Marina and quick access to the Royal Turks & Caicos Golf Club and heart of Grace Bay make Leeward an area that continues to grow in demand.
