People always ask what real estate agents do, well one of the most important things we do is hosting open houses. As a newer agent this was something I did a lot to generate interest on properties and to get to know other agents at other brokerages. We also host Brokers Open caravans through TCREA where a number of agents open up properties for showings so agents can see a number of properties in the same day.
