About Sean O'Neill

Sean O’Neill, native to Turks & Caicos, serves as Managing Partner at The Agency, where he applies his deep-rooted island knowledge, legal acumen, and passion for real estate to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. A creative negotiator and expert problem-solver, Sean embodies the perfect fusion of local insight and international perspective.

Raised on Providenciales, Sean’s early experiences instilled within him an innate understanding of the unique real estate landscape of the islands. He further broadened his academic credentials abroad, attending secondary school in Ireland, then earning a B.A. in Economics and History and an M.A. in History of International Relations from University College Dublin, followed by a law degree from the College of Law in London.

This legal training underpins his reputation as a meticulous strategist and negotiator—Sean anticipates challenges before they emerge, builds consensus with peers and clients, and consistently secures favorable outcomes across transactions.

Sean’s dedication extends beyond business: he finds fulfillment in introducing new buyers to the lifestyle and beauty of the islands—a pursuit he considers among his greatest joys. Outside the office, Sean cherishes time with his wife and young sons and maximizes every opportunity for time on the water—living proof of his commitment to both family and island life.

An athlete at heart, he’s also a former captain and active member of the Turks & Caicos Islands Rugby Football Union and also represented the TCI Football Association at the CONCACAF Beach Soccer World Cup Qualifiers—qualities that highlight his leadership, competitive spirit, and community engagement.
